Work Happiness Expert Online Training
Do you want to become an expert in the field of work happiness, both for yourself, for your team and from an organizational perspective, to build a positive work culture? From your own workplace or dining room, at your own pace, but together with others to inspire each other and learn from each other?
This is now possible through Happy Office’s Online Training for Work Happiness Expert. With this training you will have all relevant theoretical knowledge, best practices and practical tools to make work happiness concrete for your organization. On the first day at 10 am we meet via Zoom and you get direct access to the online learning environment with videos, reading material and assignments. Every two weeks we meet online for a check-in. Now with extra workshops on ‘back to the office’ and ‘work happiness in Corona time’, remote teams and online work forms. With extra worksheets and downloads.
After the training you will receive a certificate. If you want to go deeper and receive the Happiness Officer diploma, there is the option to take a Test of Competence.

Work Happiness Expert Online Training, how does it work?
The training includes 8 modules, each consisting of:
- Videos with theoretical (scientific) backgrounds
- Virtual tours of organizations with a positive work culture
- Videos with exclusive interviews with various experts
- Assignments that you complete individually or with your buddy;
- Quiz
- Check-in via Zoom
Each module covers two weeks. You watch the videos and make the assignments at your own pace. At the end of each module we have a group check-in via Zoom, where we discuss questions and do live Q&A with experts.
At the end of the course you will present your plan of action for your own organization.

Then go ahead for the Happiness Officer diploma (more info via this link). To receive the Happiness Officer diploma, you must do an Aptitude Test. This involves testing a number of competencies/behavioral goals. You create a portfolio that we assess. Part of this portfolio consists of applying what you have learned in your own work practice. If you score satisfactorily on all components of the portfolio, you will pass and receive the Happiness Officer diploma.
