Price: £ 2.000,- per person (excl. VAT) for Cambridge, € 2000,- per person ex btw for Eindhoven. This includes breakfast and lunch every day of the training + 3 dinners. Travel and accommodation is not included.

Day before the trainig starts: MEET-AND-GREET AND DINNER
6:00 PM: We start the night before the actual training for a meet-and-greet, fun and dinner. We do some team building and to get to know each other. If you possibly can, try and make it for this – it adds a lot of value to the training itself.
Day 1: THEORY AND CONCEPTS

9:00 AM: A thorough introduction to the theory and practice of happiness at work.

9:00 AM: How do you sell this? We’ll split into two groups – those who want to be consultants and sell it to clients and those who want to use this internally inside their own organisations.

1:00 PM: Exams. Take the exam to test the knowledge and skills you’ve acquired and for a chance to become a Certified Woohoo inc Partner.

Internationaal: De training is een Nederlandse vertaling van de CHO Academy van Woohoo Inc. De internationale content en materialen zijn gebaseerd op de internationale kennis en ervaring van Alexander Kjerulf en Arlette Bentzen en de Certified Woohoo Partners. Happy Office, als Certified Woohoo Partner, geeft de Nederlandse academy in samenwerking met Woohoo Inc.

Netwerk: Het volgen van de Academy geeft ook recht op 3 maanden lang gratis toegang tot het Internationale Netwerk van Woohoo Partners en de database met onderzoeken, video’s, lesmaterialen etc. Na 3 maanden beslis je of je je partnership wilt verlengen naar een jaar.

Deepdive: De avond voor de training maken we vast kennis en vanaf daar ben je drie dagen ondergedompeld in de academy. Naast theorie en praktijk, oefeningen en het maken van een plan van aanpak, gaan we op bedrijfsbezoek en is er ook veel ruimte voor plezier en elkaar beter leren kennen.
