About the workshop

The workshop can also be used for more specific issues around work happiness such as: How can we work better together as a team or department? What is our purpose and what are our values? Or what can we do to stay relevant in the future?
The workshop results in a concrete action plan to put the solutions to your issue into practice.

For the online variant we use an online game board and Break Out Rooms and each person has his or her own bag of Lego. Also in this way Lego Serious Play gives a lot of energy and fun!
